A card for a cause
Hiya there folks :D
I know, long time no post... but I'm really happy to be sharing with you today a special card I made for the Cards for heroes blog hop happening right now.
Made this very simple card with Scenic Route papers I have in my stash for so long now, some Making Memories tiny alphas and cream Bazzill cardstock.
When I thought of the sentiment/salutation I wanted to do, Faith Hope and Courage was the first to cross my mind. Then while making it, I realized it has the initials for Cards For Heroes!
If you don't know about Cards for heroes yet, you might want to check them out HERE. You might be wondering why am I making cards for US soldiers... well, I just got so inspired by Jennifer McGuire, actually :) It's in her site where I found out about Cards for Heroes. I follow her blog daily hehehe She posted about the blog hop and decided to email the organizer. So here I am sharing with you this red-blue-and-white card, that I hope would make a little bit of difference for someone out there fighting for their country. I believe you don't have to be a US citizen in order to give out encouragement, right? :)
HOP ON OVER Dawn's blog for the next stop!
Thanks for stopping by! :)
Hugs to all,
Donna

Blessings to you!

Thanks for participating! As the spouse of a deployed solider I can say that the cards they receive from CFH are most certainly appreciated given the lack of availability of cards there!
Long live our Heroes!

I'm trying to do my little bit for CFH. I have added a link to this blog hop and embedded the CHF youtube video on my blog. I hope it brings many more people to participate in this wonderful group.
Thanks for all you do!
Isn't the bloghop an amazing event? My family will celebrate Memorial Day by making cards for CFH. I look forward to being a CFH contributor!
