Clique Kits November Pep Rally

Hello!!
Welcome to the Clique Kits November Pep Rally

This month, we're sharing projects created with the gorgeous November kit "Tapestry" featuring We R Memory Keepers' Wildlfower collection..
I really love the colors and patterns in this collection. I had fun creating with this!

I was able to churn out these pages for this rally alone. I still have a few WIP! :) Anyways, pardon the photo heavy post, but I am hoping you'd enjoy browsing as much as I had creating them.

"You and Me"
I created a subtle mixed media background for my layouts. This is the first one I did out of the four so this was somehow my basis for most of them. I used the available colors of gelatos I have in my stash. Good thing I have purple and blues, so it matched the kits somehow. I love LOVE love the papers with the butterflies and florals patterns. I used both wisely, lol!

"I love you"
This page wasn't supposed to be like this. I made a mistake of adhering the dark floral paper that way and I didn't want to ruin it anymore so I just went with it instead of peeling it off the white cardstock. SO, I had to make it work and changed the placement etc... I think it worked, right? lol! :D I created a little extra by cutting the right side edge of the cardstock a couple of inches off and adhered one of the gorgeous tie-dyed pattern paper underneath.

"You make me smile"
I just love the photo I used here. My daughter rarely smile anymore when we take photos together. I think it's because she's already aware of when I hold my phone up in front of her. But she likes watching herself in her videos! lol! :D I am so happy I captured this moment. I can still see her beautiful smile even though the shot was kind of blurry.
and last but not the least,
"Sing Me A Rainbow, Steal Me A Dream"
When I saw the feather and word art cut files, this is the idea that first came to mind. I wanted to use these photos for the longest time now and I'm so happy I waited :) I'd like to say this turned out so cute!! :) I made clouds out of the beautiful floral white and blue pattern paper. I "inked" the edges with gelatos and used my fingers to smudge them with a bit of water. I kind of rubbed it off the white cardstock as well so you'll notice there's a subtle shape of cloud on the background.
I love those feathers! I dipped just the edges in embossing ink and gold embossing powder. I also used some gelatos for the background, slightly flicking them for little splatters of colors.

For the title, I used gelatos to create a rainbow effect. I drew little clouds using a 0.1 black pen. It's also what I used for a little bit of journaling.

Whew! I hope you're still with me!!! lol! Thank SO much for hopping along, I so appreciate your time. Thanks in advance for all your wonderful comments :D
