Join Clique Kits this month for another wonderful challenge!

I made a scrapbook layout using the February kit "Hot Mess" featuring Maggie Holmes' Shine collection, to hopefully get you inspired :)

The design process of this page is pretty straight-forward. I flicked some black ink on the background paper first and let it dry. After cutting the heart cut file by Just Nick Studios, I adhered a 6x6 paper from one of the add-on papers you can find in the CK store as well.  Then I used some light pink thread and bundled it up under the heart cut file, really messy bundle.

I just tucked here and there several of the die cut shapes from the ephemera pack. This kit is really jam-packed! You will love all the embellishments included! To make the photo pop a bit from the background, I adhere a slightly thick cardboard under it. Instant "foam tape".

I wrote my journaling stuff in random places and used stickers to decorate some of the spaces
